The Eastern Warriors would like to extend their deepest sympathies to Matt and Kirsty Devenish. Matt's beloved mother and Kirsty's beloved mother-in-law Jenny sadly passed away this week after becoming ill last week.

From Fi Butler: "Many of you who have been at the club a while would have seen Jenny on and off at games, particularly the Warriors womens games, where Matt would pick Jenny up and bring her to watch. Jenny always had a smile even when we were grumbling about the cold. When talking to her though it was usually "Where's Kirsty?" making sure we knew she had come to see her play.

We extend our condolences to Matt, Kirsty and all the Devenish family. RIP Jenny.
