The provisional round 7 teams are out, with the womens non-contact playing at 11.15am Saturday in Altona, the Mens Over 50s dusting the frost off at 9am Sunday in Parkdale, and the Over 35s playing Bayside at Highett at 2.45pm.

All teams are thin so if you are female, male, non-binary, have at least one working limb and are over 35 you can experience the exquisite, unparalleled joy of running out with the Warriors this weekend.
